This Privacy Policy explains what information CalculatorWorld (“we”, “us”, calculatorworld.in) collects when you use this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. We wrote it to be read, not just to satisfy a requirement.

Information you enter into calculators
Dates of birth, salaries, loan amounts, body measurements, marks, JSON text and any other input are processed locally by JavaScript in your browser. We do not receive, log or store these values. The one exception is the Currency Converter, which downloads public exchange rates from a third-party rate service (open.er-api.com). It requests the rate list only and does not send your amounts.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider’s servers automatically record standard technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and are kept for a limited period.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited, how people find the site and which devices they use, so we can improve our calculators. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, and interactions. We do not use Analytics to identify individual users, and we do not send the values you enter in calculators to Analytics. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. In connection with this:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.
- If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, through a Google-certified consent management platform.

Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The calculators work without cookies, although ads may become less relevant. Blocking all cookies may affect other websites you use.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and to fix any issue you report. We do not add you to mailing lists or sell your address.
Children
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the EU/UK GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, and to withdraw consent. Because we don’t store calculator inputs or create user accounts, we usually hold no personal data about visitors beyond standard server logs and any emails you send us. Some pages link to external websites such as government portals. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised.
